• Annual compliance and renewal management
• Document preparation and delivery

3. Fees and Payment

Our services are provided for the fees displayed on our website at the time of purchase. All fees are in US Dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

The setup fee of $500 is charged at the time of purchase. The annual compliance fee of $800 is charged as a recurring subscription, billed annually from the date of formation.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for all filings and registrations.
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your contact information or business details.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing your LLC.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes.

5. No Legal or Tax Advice

My Remote LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. The services we provide are administrative in nature. We recommend consulting with qualified legal and tax professionals for advice specific to your situation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Remote LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any fees incurred prior to cancellation. Certain obligations, including those related to confidentiality and liability, survive termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of My Remote LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

9. Governing Law
